Each member of the Foundation brings different professional experiences and sets of expertise and personal interests. What connects us is our passion for innovation to improve the health of communities.
Our Foundation is committed to improving the health of communities by facilitating innovations in the health promotion & community building space and urban agriculture, either acting as knowledge brokers or as actors that implement innovative solutions.
We have experience in the EU grant and innovation ecosystem both as evaluators, proposal writers and in project implementation.
